Digital consultation, terms & conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions.

Step 1

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment please, do as soon as possible. Same day cancellations or not showing for your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the booked service price.

Running late:  Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in rescheduling or adjusting your service to stay within your scheduled time. I do my best to stay on time for my clients. However, all of my clients receive custom services that may take longer than expected.  

I accept credit, debit, cash, and checks with a current Illinois ID. There is a $30 fee for any returned check. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason.

Please complete this form and I will be in touch within 48 hours Monday thru Friday. This form helps me to understand your desired style, our compatability, and the length of time to schedule your appointment. If you are filling out this form for a child please do not put the child's name on the form.

You may be asked to text a few pictures of your current style and your desired style. This is a very common practice and helps to insure overall satisfaction and a wonderful experience.
