Model Call

I'm looking for curly hair models for education, practice, online content, photos, and videos. Your service will be complimentary, and you'll also receive a same-day discount on in stock products used on your hair if you wish to purchase.

A consent form will be provided so I can use your photos and videos for educational and promotional purposes. Mondays are the most common days I'll be needing models.

Please fill out the form below as best you can and upload a few photos of your current hair - worn down, in its natural curly, dry state (no need for intricate styling).

You'll only be contacted if you're selected to be a model.

Model Consent & Release Form

 

I, the undersigned, agree to participate as a hair model for educational, training, and promotional purposes at Sue Sayles Hairstylist / Salon Artistix. I understand that my service will be complimentary, and the purpose of the session is for professional practice, photography, videography, and/or online educational content.

 

I grant Sue Sayles Hairstylist permission to photograph, record, and use my likeness, images, or videos for use in social media, marketing, website, advertising, and educational materials. I understand these materials may be publicly displayed and shared online.

 

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and understand that I will not receive additional compensation beyond the agreed service. I release Sue Sayles Hairstylist, her team, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from the use of these materials.

 

By checking the box below and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this consent and release.
